中文摘要:目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定北京妙峰山玫瑰花中芦丁的含量。方法：超声提取法，色谱柱为Agilent zorbax SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），检测波长为310 nm，柱温为25 ℃，流动相为0.2%冰醋酸-乙腈（90∶10），流速为0.8 mL·min-1。结果：北京妙峰山玫瑰花中芦丁的含量为1.254 9 mg·g-1。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好，适用于玫瑰花中芦丁的含量测定。

Determination of Content of Rutin in Rose Flowers of Miaofeng Mountainin of Beijing by HPLC

Abstract:Objective：To determine the content of rutin in rose flowers of Miaofeng Mountain in Beijing by HPLC.Methods：The samples were extracted by ultrasonic，column chromatography of Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm） was used in the study，the detection wavelength was 310 nm，the column temperature was 25 degrees，the mobile phase was 0.2% acetic acid acetonitrile （90∶10），elution rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.Results：The content of rutin in rose flowers of Miaofeng Mountain in Beijing was 1.254 9 mg·g-1.Conclusion：The method is simple，rapid，accurate and reproducible.So it is suitable for the determination of the content of rutin in rose flowers.
