中文摘要:目的:通过对艾片加工过程中化学成分变化规律的研究,以期为艾片加工过程的标准化提供依据。方法:利用GC-MS对艾片加工中的中产物艾粉、艾油和艾片进行成分分析,并利用GC法对艾片中的L-龙脑进行测定。结果:1)从艾油中共鉴定出L-龙脑、樟脑、蘑菇醇、β-石竹烯、β-蒎烯等48个化学成分;从艾粉中共鉴定出L-龙脑、2′-羟基-4′,6′-二甲氧基苯乙酮、1-苯基-1,3,3-三甲基-二氢化茚、罗汉柏烯等11个化学成分;从艾片中鉴定出L-龙脑、樟脑、异龙脑和α-蒎烯4个化学成分;2)13份艾片中的L-龙脑质量浓度为1.73~1.82 mg·mL–1,其相对含量为86.50%~91.00%(变异系数为0.15%)。结论:对比其加工过程发现,在艾片加工过程中,不仅其化学成分组成发生了变化,而且L-龙脑、α-蒎烯等多个化学成分的含量发生了相对变化。此外,对艾片中的L-龙脑测定表明,13份样品中的L-龙脑含量高于《中华人民共和国药典》不低于85%的含量要求。

Determination of L-borneol Content of Aipian and Its Chemical Composition Variation during Processing
Abstract:Objective:The chemical composition variation of Aipian process intermediates were analyzed and compared with GC-MS,with the aim to standard and normalize the technology characteristic and technical details of Aipian machining process.Methods:Firstly,the chemical compositions of Aifen,Aiyou and Aipian were analyzed by GC-MS,and then the L-borneol content in Aipian samples was determined by GC.Results:Forty eight chemical ingredients including L-borneol,camphor,morillol,β-caryophyllene,and β-pinene were determined from Aiyou.Eleven chemical ingredients including L-borneol,1-(2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyphenyl)-ethanon,1-phenyl-1,3,3-trimethylindane,and thujopsene were determined from Aifen.Four chemical ingredients including L-borneol,camphor,isoborneol and α-pinene were determined from Aipian.The L-borneol content in 13 Aipian samples was ranged from 1.73-1.82 mg·mL-1,and its relative percentage content ranged from 86.50%-91.00%(CV 0.15%).Conclusion:The results indicated not only the chemical compositions varied during the Aipian machining process,but also the relative percentage content of L-borneol,α-pinene,and other chemical compositions changed also during the machining process.And the L-borneol content in 13 Aipian samples indicated those Aipian samples meet the quality requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia.
