| 中文摘要:目的：探索中药复方多指标成分质控方法，以银丹心脑通软胶囊为研究对象，进行中药质量标准提升研究。方法：采用HPLC、UPLC-PDA方法，多波长检测，同时完成了多指标成分的定量测定。结果：该方法简单、快捷灵敏，可作为银丹心脑通软胶囊质量控制方法。结论：HPLC多波长同时测定中药复方多指标成分具有可行性和应用价值。 |

| Study on Multiple Active Ingredients Quantitative Control of Yindanxinaotong Capsule |

| Abstract:Objective：To explore the quality control method of multi-index active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine compound，and improve quality control standard of Yindanxinnaotong capsule.Methods：UPLC、UPLC-PDA with multi-wavelength detection method was used to analyze the multi-compounds.Rutin，scutellarin and phenolic acid B was determined simultaneously.Results：The method was simple and rapid，and it could be used as one of the methods for quality control of Yindanxinnaotong capsule.Conclusion：The method is simple，accurate and reliable and not only enables the simultaneous determination of the content of the rutin，scutellarin and phenolic acid B in Yindanxinnaotong capsule，but also provides a simple and feasible quality evaluation method for traditional Chinese medicine compound. |
