中文摘要:目的:研究生白术的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱方法对化学成分进行分离纯化,通过质谱、核磁共振等谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从生白术环己烷提取物中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为苍术酮(1),白术内酯Ⅰ(2),双白术内酯(3),白术内酯Ⅱ(4),白术内酰胺(5),白术内酯Ⅲ(6),4R,15-环氧白术内酯Ⅱ(7),4R,15-环氧-8β-羟基白术内酯Ⅱ(8),8β,9α-二羟基白术内酯Ⅱ(9)。结论:化合物7为新的天然产物,化合物9为首次从中药白术中分离鉴定。

Chemical Constituents of Rhizomes of Atractylodes macrocephala
Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Atractylodes macrocephala .Methods:Repeated column chromatography on silica gel and HPLC were applied to the separation of compounds and their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analyses of MS and NMR.Results:Nine compounds were obtained and identified as atractylon(1),atractylenolide Ⅰ(2),biatractylenolide(3),atractylenolide Ⅱ(4),atractylenolactam(5),atractylenolide Ⅲ(6),4R,15-epoxylatractylenolide Ⅱ(7),4R,15-epoxy-8β-hydroxylatractylenolide Ⅱ(8),and 8β,9α-dihydroxylatractylenolide Ⅱ(9),respectively.Conclusion:Compound 7 was a new natural product and compound 9 was isolated from the rhizomes of A.macrocephala for the first time.
