中文摘要:目的:建立中药材中有机磷农药残留现场快速筛查和检测的方法。方法:采用免疫层析技术,以CdTe@SiO2荧光纳米颗粒为标记物制备有机磷单抗-荧光纳米颗粒偶联物,以双抗夹心模式制备有机磷荧光免疫层析试纸条。结果:该试纸条对中药中有机磷(对硫磷、蝇毒磷、丰索磷)的检出限为10~30 ng·g-1,检测时间仅需15~20 min。结论:有机磷荧光试纸条适用范围广,操作简便,具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,可广泛应用于中药有机磷残留的现场筛查和检测。 |

Development of Organic Phosphorus Fluorescence Test Stripfor Traditional Chinese Medicine |

Abstract:Objective:To make it suitable for on-site rapid screening and identification of organic phosphorus in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:CdTe@SiO2 Fluorescent nanoparticles were covalently conjugated with monoclonal antibodies against organic phosphorus and were employed in the development of lateral flow strip assay by using the immunofluorescence technique.Results:This rapid test strip,specially for parathion,coumaphos and fensulfothion,has a detection limit as low as 10~30 ng·g-1.It is easy of use and only takes 15~20 min to finish the test.Conclusion:Organophosphorus fluorescent strip is wide in scope,simple in operation,high in sensitivity and specificity,and can be widely used in Chinese medicine field screening and detection of organophosphorus residue,has important economic value and social significance. |
