中文摘要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)检测彝药满山香中芦丁含量的方法。方法:利用BEH C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),以水-乙腈(0.1%甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.50 mL·min-1,柱温为40 ℃,检测波长为375 nm。结果:芦丁在1.64~210 μg线性关系良好,回归线方程为Y=340.3X-1 386.8(r=0.999 6,n=8),平均回收率为100.15%,RSD=2.62%。根茎中芦丁含量范围15.50~199.00 μg·g-1,叶片中芦丁含量范围4.2~13.6 mg·g-1。结论:该方法简单、重复性好、准确性高,可用于彝药满山香中芦丁含量的测定。

Determination of Rutin Content in Schisandra propinqua by UPLC
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of rutin in Schisandra propinqua by UPLC.Methods:The experiment was performed on BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),with acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1% formic acid)as mobile phase,gradient elution,at a flow rate of 0.50 mL·min-1,the column temperature at 40 ℃,detection wavelength at 375 nm.Results:The linear range of rutin was 1.64-210 μg·mL-1,the regression equation was Y=340.3X-1 386.8(r=0.999 6,n=8),the average recovery was 100.15%(n=6)with RSD 2.62%.The content range of rutin was 15.50-199.00 μg·g-1 in rhizome and 4.2-13.6 mg·g-1in leaf in S.propinqua.Conclusion:The method can be used for determination the content of rutin in S.propinqua.
