中文摘要:目的:研究人参果中的皂苷类化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、MCI gel、硅胶等柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱方法进行分离、纯化,NMR、MS等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从人参果的提取物中共分离鉴定了22个化合物,分别为人参皂苷F2(1)、越南人参皂苷R8(2)、假人参皂苷Rc1(3)、人参皂苷Re(4)、三七皂苷R2(5)、人参皂苷F5(6)、人参皂苷F3(7)、人参皂苷Ia(8)、人参皂苷LM1 (9)、20(S)-人参皂苷Rg2(10)、人参皂苷Rc(11)、人参皂苷F1(12)、竹节参皂苷Rd(13)、人参皂苷Rb2(14)、人参皂苷Rb1(15)、人参皂苷Rh6(16)、人参皂苷Rh4(17)、人参皂苷Rh5(18)、绞股蓝皂苷XⅦ(19)、绞股蓝皂苷IX(20)、三七皂苷Fe (21)和西洋参皂苷L10(22)。结论:化合物2、3、5、8、9、16、18~22为首次从人参果中分离得到。 |

Abstract:Objective:To study the saponin constituents of in the fruits of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods including macroporous resin,MCI gel,silica gel columns and semi-preparative HPLC,and their structures were identified by NMR and MS data analysis.Results:Twenty-two compounds were isolated and identified as ginsenoside F2(1),vina-ginsenoside R8(2),pseudo-ginsenoside Rc1(3),ginsenoside Re(4),notoginsenoside R2(5),ginsenoside F5(6),ginsenoside F3(7),ginsenoside Ia(8),chikusetsusaponin LM1(9),20(S)-ginsenoside Rg2(10),ginsenoside Rc(11),ginsenoside F1(12),ginsenoside Rd(13),ginsenoside Rb2(14),ginsenoside Rb1(15),ginsenoside Rh6 (16),ginsenoside Rh4(17),ginsenoside Rh5(18),gypenoside XⅦ(19),gypenoside IX(20),notoginsenoside Fe(21) and quinquenoside L10(22).Conclusion:Compounds 2,3,5,8,9,16,18-22 were isolated from the fruits of P.ginseng for the first time. |
