中文摘要:目的:建立关升麻药材指纹图谱方法,评价不同产地关升麻药材质量。方法:色谱柱为GL Sciences Inertsustain AQ-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,柱温为30 ℃,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为317 nm。采用相似度评价、聚类分析、主成分分析方法,对15批样品进行了比较与分析。结果:15批关升麻样品中确定了10个共有峰,相似度在0.80以上,并分为2类。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可以用于不同产地关升麻的质量控制与评价。3个产区中以辽宁省产的关升麻质量最好,同一产区中不同产地间关升麻质量差异较大。

Study on Evaluation of Quality of Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom.in Different Areas Based on HPLC Fingerprinting and Cluster Analysis
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method of HPLC fingerprinting and to analyze the quality of Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom.in different areas.Methods:The column was a GL Sciences Inertsustain AQ-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution.The column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 317 nm.Ten peaks were extracted as the common peaks of 15 batches of samples.The similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to compare and analyze 15 batches of samples.Results:Ten peaks were extracted as the common peaks of 15 batches of samples.the similarity was 0.80 or more.15 batches of samples were divided into two categories,and the guality in Liaoning producing areas were better.Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable,and can be used for quality control and evaluation of Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom.in different areas.The quality of Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom. in Liaoning producing areas are best and from different places in the same producing areas are different.
