中文摘要:目的:建立三七叶和三七花的质量标准。方法:用TLC法定性鉴别;按《中华人民共和国药典》方法对水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分进行测定;采用高效液相色谱法测定了人参皂苷Rb1;人参皂苷Rb2;人参皂苷Rb3三种成分的含量,用Thermo C18(4.6×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈和水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为203 nm,柱温30 ℃。结果:薄层鉴别方法斑点清晰,分离度好;三七叶和三七花水分的平均值为9.1%、10.0%,总灰分的平均值为10.1%、6.9%,酸不溶性灰分平均值为0.40%、0.062%;含量测定人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rb2和人参皂苷Rb3与相邻峰完全分离,线性关系良好,三七叶平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为101.5%、100.9%、99.5%;三七花平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为100.6%、98.6%、101.3%。结论:建立的方法可用于三七叶和三七花的质量控制。 |

Quality Specification Study of Leaves and Flower Buds of Panax notoginseng |

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Leaves and flower buds of Panax notoginseng.Methods:The TLC was used for qualitative identification.According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia methods,the moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash were determined.The content analysis was performed on a Thermo C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5 μm),with acetonitrile(A)- water(B) as the mobile phase with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.The column temperatures was set at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 203nm.Results:The spots on the TLC plate were clear and the resolution was well.For leaves and flower buds of P.notoginseng,the mean moisture were 9.1%,10.0%,the mean total ash were 10.1%,6.9%,the mean acid insoluble ash were 0.40%,0.062%.Ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rb2 and ginsenoside Rb3 were separated with chromatographic peak of consecutive.The linear relationships of calibration curves were favorable.The recoveries(n=6)of ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rb2 and ginsenoside Rb3 were 101.5%、100.9%、99.5% (leaves of P.notoginseng) and 100.6%、98.6%、101.3% (flower buds of P.notoginseng).The contents were probably identical in different batch of leaves of P.notoginseng.Conclusion:The established qualitative and quantitative analysis method is applicable for quality control of leaves and flower buds of P.notoginseng. |
