Rapid Identification of Radix Angelicae Sinensis Based on Infrared Spectroscopic Fingerprint
Abstract:Objective:To establish an infrared spectroscopic fingerprint of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and its similarity evaluation index, and provide a simple, objective and quantitative method to detect the quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. Methods:The PerkinElmer Spectrum One Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to determine the 59 batches of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and the MATLAB v7.0 software was used to analyze the map.Results:1800-800 cm-1,1800-1200 cm-1 and 1200-800 cm-1 were selected to establish the identification threshold of the correlation coefficient of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and the normal and abnormal samples could be accurately identified. Conclusion:The similarity evaluation method of infrared spectroscopic fingerprint can be used as a supplement technique to the existing physical and chemical indexes. It provides a high throughput and low cost rapid detection method for the whole process quality control of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.
