中文摘要:目的:通过对黄芩茎叶进行显微结构研究,建立黄芩茎叶的显微鉴别方法,以保证药材来源的稳定及用药安全。方法:通过徒手切片和粉末进行显微鉴别。结果:详细描述了黄芩茎叶的显微特征;粉末的非腺毛、螺纹导管均可作为鉴别特征。结论:通过显微镜观察所得的黄芩地上部分显微特征明显,可通过此方法对黄芩地上部分的显微结构进行鉴别。

Study on Microscopic Identification of Scutellaria baicalensis Stem and Leaf
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for microscopic identification of aerial parts of Scutellaria baicalensis.Methods:Microscopic identification method was used for the study.Results:Describes in detail The microscopic features of S.baicalensis stem and leaf were described in detail.Powder of glandular hairs and spiral duct could be used as identification features.Conclusion:The microscopic characteristics of aerial parts of S.baicalensis could be observed clearly and could be used for the identification of S.baicalensis.
