中文摘要:目的：通过对黄芩茎叶进行显微结构研究，建立黄芩茎叶的显微鉴别方法，以保证药材来源的稳定及用药安全。方法：通过徒手切片和粉末进行显微鉴别。结果：详细描述了黄芩茎叶的显微特征；粉末的非腺毛、螺纹导管均可作为鉴别特征。结论：通过显微镜观察所得的黄芩地上部分显微特征明显，可通过此方法对黄芩地上部分的显微结构进行鉴别。

Study on Microscopic Identification of Scutellaria baicalensis Stem and Leaf

Abstract:Objective：To establish a method for microscopic identification of aerial parts of Scutellaria baicalensis.Methods：Microscopic identification method was used for the study.Results：Describes in detail The microscopic features of S.baicalensis stem and leaf were described in detail.Powder of glandular hairs and spiral duct could be used as identification features.Conclusion：The microscopic characteristics of aerial parts of S.baicalensis could be observed clearly and could be used for the identification of S.baicalensis.
