Identification of Microscopic Characteristics of Angelicae Sinensis Radix Powder by ATR-FTIR Spectroscopic Imaging
Abstract:Objective:To astablish a reasonable and accurate identification methods to assure the authenticity, safety and efficacy of Angelicae Sinensis Radix for pharmaceutical and food applications. Methods:Using the ATR-FTIR microspectroscopic imaging technique, typical pixels containing the absorption signals of essential oil, starch, sucrose and calcium oxalate can be detected by the partial least squares target algorithm. Results:A method of microscopic identification of Angelicae Sinensis Radix powder based on(ATR-FTIR)microscopic imaging technology was established. Conclusion:This technology can improve the objectivity and accuracy of the microscopic identification methods and provide an effective method for the quality control of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
