中文摘要:目的:为了得到超声波提取闹羊花中二萜物质的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过单因素试验考察了料液比、提取温度和提取时间对二萜提取量的影响规律,并采用星点设计-响应面法对其进行了优化。结果:料液比为1∶40.29,提取温度为63.15 ℃,提取时间为40.53 min时,预测最大的闹羊花二萜提取量为65.27 mg·g-1。考虑实际情况对工艺条件微调,验证了闹羊花中二萜提取量的实验值与预测相对误差较小。结论:优化的工艺条件可为扩大实际生产提供一定的技术支持和参考价值。

Optimization of Extraction Process of Diterpene from Rhododendron molle by Central Composite Design & Response Surface Methodology
Abstract:Objective:To obtain the optimum extraction process of diterpene from Rhododendron molle via the ultrasonic method.Methods:The effect of the ratio of material to liquid,the extraction temperature and the extraction time on the extraction of diterpene was studied by single factor experiment.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by the central composite design and response surface methodology.Results:The optimized extraction condition were as follows:ratio of material to liquid of 1∶40.29,extraction temperature of 63.15 and extraction time of 40.53min.Under the optimized reaction conditions,the content of diterpene was 65.27 mg·g-1.The experimental value of the diterpene extraction in Rh.molle was smaller than that of the prediction.Conclusion:The optimized extraction conditions can provide some technical support and reference value for the expansion of actual production.
