| 中文摘要:目的：优选淫羊藿多糖的提取工艺。方法：采用均匀设计法，以液料比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数为考察因素，以多糖收率为评价指标，对淫羊藿多糖热水浸提工艺进行优化。结果：淫羊藿多糖最佳提取工艺为液料比25 mL·g-1、提取温度90 ℃、提取时间140 min、提取次数3次，多糖收率为1.09%。结论：优选的淫羊藿多糖提取工艺稳定、可行，为淫羊藿多糖进一步研究开发提供实验依据。 |

| Optimization of Extraction Process for Epimedium Polysaccharide by Uniform Design Method |

| Abstract:Objective：To optimize the extraction process for Epimedium polysaccharide（EPS）.Methods：The effects of liquid-material ratio，extraction time，extraction temperature and extraction times on polysaccharides extraction yields were investigated by uniform design method.The result was analyzed and the extracting process was optimized.Results：The optimized conditions were as follows：extracted 3 times with 25 times the amount of water at 90 ℃ and each for 140 min.The yield was 1.09%.Conclusion：The optimum extraction process of EPS is stable and feasible，which could provide experimental basis for further research and development. |
