中文摘要:目的:优选淫羊藿多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法,以液料比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数为考察因素,以多糖收率为评价指标,对淫羊藿多糖热水浸提工艺进行优化。结果:淫羊藿多糖最佳提取工艺为液料比25 mL·g-1、提取温度90 ℃、提取时间140 min、提取次数3次,多糖收率为1.09%。结论:优选的淫羊藿多糖提取工艺稳定、可行,为淫羊藿多糖进一步研究开发提供实验依据。

Optimization of Extraction Process for Epimedium Polysaccharide by Uniform Design Method
Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for Epimedium polysaccharide(EPS).Methods:The effects of liquid-material ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times on polysaccharides extraction yields were investigated by uniform design method.The result was analyzed and the extracting process was optimized.Results:The optimized conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times with 25 times the amount of water at 90 ℃ and each for 140 min.The yield was 1.09%.Conclusion:The optimum extraction process of EPS is stable and feasible,which could provide experimental basis for further research and development.
