| 中文摘要:目的：分析雅连和云连在质量标准方面的区别，指导雅连和云连的质量标准制定。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。结果：雅连中含有表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀和小檗碱4个生物碱，云连中则含有黄连碱、巴马汀和小檗碱3个生物碱，未发现药根碱和表小檗碱。结论：利用高效液相色谱法比较雅连和云连中的生物碱种类并利用其种类的差异可为区分黄连品种提供依据。 |

| Determination of Alkaloids Content in Coptis deltoidea and Coptis teeta |

| Abstract:Objective：To analyze the difference of quality standards between Coptis deltoidea C.Y.Cheng et Hsiao and Coptis teeta Wal，and guide the formulation of quality standards between them.Methods：The content of alkaloids was determined by HPLC. Results：Epiberberine，coptisine，palmatine and berberine were found in C. deltoidea. Coptisine，palmatine and berberine were found in C. teeta，but jatrorrhizine and epiberberine were not found. Conclusions：The HPLC method can be used for comparing alkaloids in C.deltoidea and C.teeta.The difference of alkaloids could be used distinguish different Coptis species. |
