中文摘要:目的:建立同时测定五味子中五味子醇甲、戈米辛D、五味子醇乙、当归酰戈米辛H、五味子甲素、戈米辛N、五味子乙素含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用SunFireTM C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL·min-1,检测波长254 nm,柱温:30 ℃。结果:7个化合物在各自范围内均呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.23%~100.51%,RSD为0.68%~1.80%。发现不同产地五味子中化合物的含量差别不大,7个木脂素的总质量分数最高为16.27 mg·g-1,最低为9.52 mg·g-1。结论:本实验建立的HPLC含量测定方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于五味子的质量控制。

HPLC Simultaneous Determination of 7 Major Dibenzocyclooctadiene-type Lignans in fruits of Schisandrae chinensis
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 dibenzocyclooctadiene-type lignans in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis.Methods:The analysis was performed on a SunFireTM C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at 30°C,with the mobile phase acetonitrile-water system in a gradient elution manner at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results:The linear range of the seven dibenzocyclooctadiene-type lignans were good in their own ranges,and their average recovery were between 98.23% and 100.51% with the RSDs of 0.68%-1.80%.There was no significant difference of the contents of seven compounds in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis from different batches.The total content of seven investigated lignans was among 9.52-16.27 mg·g-1.Conclusions:The method is accurate,convenient and reproducible for the determination of 7 dibenzocyclooctadiene-type lignans in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis.
