| 中文摘要:目的：确定桑叶中1-脱氧野尻霉素（DNJ）纯化的最佳树脂种类和用量。方法：采用LSI-010型（H型）、001×7（H型）、001×7（Na型）3种阳离子交换树脂纯化桑叶DNJ，并考察等量阳离子交换树脂对不同量桑叶DNJ纯化效果。结果：3种阳离子树脂对桑叶DNJ纯化效果差异较大，等量阳离子树脂对不同上样量的桑叶DNJ纯化效果不同。结论：001×7（Na型）阳离子交换树脂对桑叶DNJ纯化效果最好，阳离子树脂用量与药材量最佳比例为1∶1。 |

| Purification of 1-deoxynojirimycin in Mori Folium by Different Cation Resin Types |

| Abstract:Objective：To select the optimal cation resin type and quantity for purification of 1-deoxymilithromycin（DNJ）in Mori Folium extract.Methods：Three cation resins of LSI-010（H），001×7（H），001×7（Na）were used to purify DNJ.The type and quantity of the resins were selected.Result：The purification capacity of three cation resins on DNJ was quite different.The adsorption effect of different cation resin quantity on DNJ was also different.Conclusion：The best resin for purification of DNJ is 001×7（Na）.The optimum ratio of the amount of resin to the amount of the medicinal materials is 1∶1. |
