中文摘要:目的:提高大卫颗粒的质量标准。方法:对制剂中连翘、金银花、柴胡及甘草进行薄层色谱(TCL)鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定制剂中绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷的含量。结果:连翘、金银花、柴胡及甘草的TLC图斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷检测质量浓度线性范围分别为5.228~52.28(r=0.999 9)、5.92~59.20(r=0.999 8)、6.816~68.16 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2.0%;平均加样回收率分别为101.84%(RSD=0.44%,n=6)、99.07%(RSD=0.79%,n=6)、101.30%(RSD=0.62%,n=6)。结论:该研究所建标准定性定量方法简便、专属性强、结果准确可靠,可用于大卫颗粒的质量控制。 |

Improvement of Quality Standard of Dawei Granules |

Abstract:Objective:To improve the quality standard of Dawei granules.Methods:TLC was applied for qualitative identification of Forsythia suspensa,Lonicerae japonicae,Bupleurum chinense,Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The contents of baicalin,chlorogenic acidand and forsythoside A were determined by HPLC.Results:TLC spots of F.suspensa,L.japonicae,B.chinense and G.uralensis were clear and well-separated without negative interference.The linear ranges of chlorogenic acidand,forsythoside A and baicalin were 5.228-52.28 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),5.92-59.20 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8)and 6.816-68.16 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9).RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1.0 %.The average sample adding recovery rates of chlorogenic acidand,forsythoside A and baicalin were 101.84 %(RSD=0.44%,n=6),99.07 %(RSD=0.79%,n=6)and 101.30 %(RSD=0.62%,n=6),respectively.Conclusions:This method is accurate,sensitive,simple and specific in good repeatability,which is suitable for quality control of Dawei granules. |
