中文摘要:目的:探究艾纳香属植物节节红的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20及ODS反相等柱色谱方法对节节红茎叶的乙酸乙酯萃提物进行分离纯化,通过谱学分析(质谱、核磁共振等)技术对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从节节红80%乙醇-水提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、芹菜素(2)、咖啡酸乙酯(3)、木犀草素(4)、α-羟基苯丙酸(5)、小麦黄素(6)、金圣草黄素(7)、羽扇豆醇(8)和32,33,34-三甲基-细菌藿烷-16-烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)。结论:首次对节节红的化学成分进行分离鉴定并通过文献调研这些化合物的活性作用机制,以期探寻节节红的活性化学物质基础。

Study on Chemical Constituents of Blumea fistulosa(Roxb.)Kurz
Abstract:Objective:To explore the chemical constituents of Blumea fistulosa (Roxb.)Kurz.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography by repeated silica gel,sephadex LH-20 gel or ODS etc.from EtOAc extraction of the B.fistulosa.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis(MS,NMR).Results:9 compounds were isolated,which were identified as:apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),apigenin(2),ethyl caffeate(3),luteolin(4),3-phenyllactic acid(5),tricin(6),chrysoeriol(7),lupeol(8)and 32,33,34-trimethyl-bacteriohopan-16-ene3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9).Conclusion:The chemical constituents of B.fistulosa were isolated and identified for the first time,and the active mechanism of these compounds was postulated through literature investigation.The study lays a foundation for further study of active substances of B.fistulosa.
