中文摘要:目的:测定龙血竭形成过程中,过氧化氢(H2O2)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)、茉莉酸(jasonic acid,JA)、乙烯(ethylene,ETH)和一氧化氮(NO)五种信号分子的浓度变化规律,筛选影响龙血竭形成的主要信号分子,为进一步深入研究龙血竭形成机制提供依据。方法:以剑叶龙血树Dracaena cochinchinensis、柬埔寨龙血树Dracaena cambodiana为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定H2O2、SA、JA、ETH、NO五种信号分子在龙血竭形成过程中的浓度变化规律。结果:整体来看,5种信号分子在龙血树伤害诱导后,H2O2、SA、JA、NO浓度变化呈先上升后下降的趋势,而ETH浓度变化呈先下降后上升后再下降的趋势。其中SA浓度变化最大。此外,就两种龙血树的响应速度来说,剑叶龙血树D.cochinchinensis响应速度较快。结论:5种信号分子在龙血竭形成过程中均起到不同程度的作用,且相互作用,形成一个复杂的信号系统。

Study on Signaling Molecules Concentration Change during Process of Resina Draconis by Injury Induced
Abstract:Objective:To provide an evidence for the study of the formation of Resina Draconis in the future.Methods:Dracaena cochinchinensis and D.cambodiana were used as test materials,H2O2,SA,JA,ETH and NO concentration change were detected during the formation of Resina Draconis by using ELISA.Results:In summary,after the Resina Draconis blood was wound,the concentration of H2O2,SA,JA and NO were firstly increased and then decreased trend,but the ETH concentration was firstly decreased and then increased and later descend trend.Among these signaling molecules,SA concentration changes was the biggest.Moreover,for the response speed of two Resina Draconis tree,D.cochinchinensis was faster.Conclusion:Five signaling molecules plays a different role and have an interaction in the formation of Resina Draconis,which establish a complex signaling molecules system in the formation of Resina Draconis.
