中文摘要:黑芝麻炮制历史悠久,炮制方法较多,笔者通过大量地查阅、整理、分析古代及现代医药文献,全面论述了古今黑芝麻炮制方法、探讨炮制机理,说明传统方法中的净制与炒制是现今使用最多的方法,但随着对黑芝麻药用价值的开发和科技的发展,黑芝麻油和黑芝麻提取物的应用也越来越多。文中对黑芝麻炮制的后续研究工作提出设想,为找出黑芝麻的最佳炮制方法和其现代炮制研究提供参考。 |

Historical Evolution and Modern Research Progress of Processed Products of Sesamum indicum |

Abstract:The processing of Sesamum indicum has a long history and many methods.This paper clarifies the historical changes of methods processing Sesamum indicum and the survey of processed in different provinces were summarized through a great deal of review,sorting and analysis of ancient and modern medical literature and combined with field survey.The net method and heating processing in the traditional method are the most used methods today,but with the development of the medicinal value of Sesamum indicum and the development of science and technology,the application of black sesame oil and black sesame extract is increasing,and puts forward some ideas for the follow-up research on processing of Sesamum indicum.To find out the processing technology of Sesamum indicum,and provide the researchers with reasonable research ideas. |
