中文摘要:目的:探究壮药山风中的黄酮类活性物质基础。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及ODS反相柱色谱等方法对壮药山风全草的乙酸乙酯萃提物进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析(质谱、核磁共振等)技术对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从山风的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:Santin(1)、金合欢素(2)、芹菜素(3)、矢车菊黄素(4)、金圣草黄素(5)、木犀草素(6)和木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:化合物6在山风的化学成分中曾有报道,其余6个化合物均为首次在该植物中发现。通过文献调研对这些化合物的活性及其在山风药效发挥中的作用机制进行探讨,这些化学成分的分离鉴定为研究山风的活性物质奠定了基础,对该植物的化学分类有一定的指导意义。

Flavonoids from Aerial Parts of Zhuang Medicine Blumea aromatica
Abstract:Objective:To search bioactive compounds from aerial parts of Blumea aromatica (wall.)DC.,a Zhuang medicinal herb.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatographies by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel or ODS etc from EtOAc extraction of the whole herbs.Their structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis(MS,NMR etc.).Results:Seven flavonoids were isolated.Their structures were identified as santin(1),acacetin(2),apigenin(3),centaureidin(4),chrysoeriol(5),luteolin(6),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion:Compound 6 has been isolated from B.aromatica previously,and the other six compounds were isolated from this herb for the first time.The bioactivity of these chemicals,as well as the mechanism of their action about the pharmacodynamics of B.aromatica were discussed through the investigation of the latest literature.The separation and identification of these chemical components laid a foundation for further study of active substances of this herb and for guiding significance for the chemical taxonomy of the plant.
