| 中文摘要:目的：制备光泽、均匀、易涂抹的艾天羊活血止痛按摩乳膏，并对其进行药效学研究。方法：基于药辅合一的理念，将花椒油作为乳膏油相；通过单因素以及星点设计-效应面法，优化处方；通过小鼠扭体实验、耳肿胀实验，研究其镇痛和抗炎的作用。结果：得到载药10%、内外均匀光滑、涂展性好、稳定的乳膏；且制备的乳膏镇痛率为（56.48±4.59）%，和对照组相比较能显著延长小鼠扭体潜伏期（P＜0.05）；减少小鼠扭体次数（P＜0.05）；抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率为（56.02±5.52）%，和模型组相比有差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：制备的艾天羊活血止痛按摩乳膏涂展性好、外观均一；小鼠药效实验表明，其具有良好的镇痛和抗炎的作用。 |

| Preparation and Pharmaco dynamic Study of Aitianyang Massage Cream |

| Abstract:Objective：To prepare and study the pharmacodynamics of Aitianyang massage cream with functions of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.Methods：Based on the concept of pharmaceutical supplement，prickly ash oil was used as the oil phase of cream.Optimization of formulation was carried out by single factor and central composite design response surface methodology.The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of writhing test and mouse ear swelling test were studied.Results：The cream with ten percent of drug loading，smooth inside and outside，good coating stability and good stability were obtained.And swelling inhibition rate of the cream reached fifty six point four eight percent，which significantly prolonged the latency of writhing in mice compared with the control group（P<0.05），it reduced the number of writhing（P<0.05），the rate of inhibiting mouse auricle swelling was fifty six point zero two percent which was significantly different from the model group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The massage cream has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. |
