中文摘要:目的:脑心通胶囊填充物粉体学特性的测定与评价。方法:采用粉体综合特性测试仪、引湿性试验、激光粒度仪等研究脑心通胶囊填充物的流动性、吸湿性、粒度及粒度分布等粉体学性质。结果:脑心通胶囊填充物的休止角接近60°,压缩度大于0.5,均齐度接近于8,Carr流动性指数达到43,表明物料的流动性较差。脑心通填充物具有引湿性,其临界相对湿度为75%。激光粒度仪检测优化条件为:分散气压0.25 MPa,进料速度60%,料斗间隙2 mm,加样量1.0 g,检测时间20 s。测定的脑心通胶囊填充物粒度D(3,2)、D(4,3)分别为(33.33±1.48)、(105.34±4.35)μm;粒度分布d10、d50、d90分别为(13.13±0.59)、(71.95±2.06)、(231.80±10.56)μm。结论:通过对脑心通胶囊填充物粉体学性质的研究,为脑心通胶囊生产中的过程管理及质量控制提供了参考。

Determination and Evaluation of Powder Properties of Naoxintong Capsule Filler
Abstract:Objective:To determine and evaluate the powder properties of Naoxintong capsule filler.Methods:Powder properties such as fluidity,hygroscopicity,particle size and particle size distribution of Naoxintong capsule fillings were studied by using powder comprehensive characteristic tester,wettability test and laser particle size analyzer.Results:The angle of repose of Naoxintong capsule filler was close to 60°,the compression was greater than 0.5,the uniformity was close to 8,and the Carr fluidity index reached 43,indicating that the fluidity of the material was poor.The Naoxintong capsule filling has hygroscopicity with a critical relative humidity of 75%.The optimized conditions for the laser particle size analyzer were as follows:dispersion pressure was 2.5 bar,feed rate was 60%,hopper clearance was 2 mm,sample loading was 1.0 g and detection time was 20 s.The particle sizes D(3,2),D(4,3)were(33.33±1.48)μm and(105.34±4.35)μm,respectively;and the particle size distribution d10,d50 and d90 were(13.13±0.59)μm,(71.95±2.06)μm,and(231.80±10.56)μm,respectively.Conclusion:The research on the powder properties of Naoxintong capsule filer provided a reference for the management control and quality inspection of Naoxintong capsule during the production process.
