中文摘要:目的:GC测定香砂养胃丸中乙酸龙脑酯、龙脑和樟脑的含量,以控制药品的有效性。方法:ACQUITY Agilent Technologies,Inc.DB-1(30 m×0.320 mm,0.50 μm)色谱柱,载气:氮气,流速4.0 mL·min-1,进样量:1 μL,进样方式:分流进样,分流比:10∶1,进样口温度:230 ℃,梯度升温程序:初始温度:60 ℃,5 ℃·min-1升温至130 ℃,保持5 min,20 ℃·min-1升温至230 ℃,保持5 min。检测器:FID检测器,检测器温度:280 ℃。结果:乙酸龙脑酯、龙脑、樟脑3种成分分别在0.807 3~322.903 2、0.647 6~259.036 8、1.014 1~405.657 0 ng线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性RSD均低于3.0%,平均加样回收率分别为83.54%(RSD=2.82%)、98.23%(RSD=2.78%)、87.07%(RSD=3.01%)。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于香砂养胃丸中3种成分的含量测定。

Determination of Bornyl Acetate,Borneol and Camphor in Xiangsha Yangwei Pills by GC
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method using GC to measure bornyl acetate,borneol and camphor in Xiangshayangwei pills for effectiveness control.Methods:Agilent DB-1(30 m×0.320 mm,0.50 μm)chromatographic column was used for detection,carrier gas was nitrogen at a flow rate of 4.0 mL·min-1.The injection volume was 1 μL and the split ratio was 10∶1.The inlet temperature was 230 ℃,the initial column temperature was 60 ℃ and was programmed at 5 ℃·min-1 to 130 ℃ and held for 5 min,then at 20 ℃·min-1 to 230 ℃ and held for 5 min.The detector was FID at 280 ℃.Results:The linear relationship were all good when bornyl acetate was 0.807 3-322.903 2 ng,borneol was 0.647 6-259.036 8 ng and camphor was 1.014 1-405.657 0 ng.The RSD on precision,stability and repeatability were all below 3.0%,sample recovery rates were 83.54%(RSD=2.82%),98.23%(RSD=2.78%)and 87.07%(RSD=3.01%).Conclusion:The proposed method was accurate and reliable,it can be used in the measuring bornyl acetate、borneol and camphor in Xiangshayangwei pills.
