中文摘要:蛤蚧是我国名贵中药材，也是我国医学历史上治疗疾病的常用药。为了明晰蛤蚧在史料及现代文献中的记载，本文将古代文献中关于蛤蚧产地分布、采集加工、性味归经、功效主治等方面介绍进行梳理考证；对在考证过程中发现的蛤蚧毒性方面存在的分歧提出合理解释，为蛤蚧的临床应用和科学研究提供本草学依据。

Bencaological Study of Gekko gecko

Abstract:Gekko gecko，a precious Chinese medicine，has been used for treating diseases for thousands years in China.In this paper，we summarized and teased out the ancient bencao works on the distribution，origin，collection and processing，nature and taste，efficacy and treatment of the gecko to clarify the historical records and modern documents of the gecko.This paper puts forward a reasonable explanation for the differences in the toxicity of gecko found in the research，and provides a herbalism basis for the clinical application and scientific research of the gecko.
