| 中文摘要:目的：参照《中华人民共和国药典》对玉屏风处方中黄芪、白术和防风3种药材、饮片不同产地的有机氯类农药残留和重金属及有害元素含量进行检测和分析，以期对玉屏风制剂生产原料的选择提供一定参考依据。方法：采用气相色谱法测定有机氯类农药残留量，采用原子吸收分光光度法测定砷、镉、铅、铜、汞含量。结果：除个别产地的防风和白术中的镉和铜超标外，玉屏风处方中黄芪、白术和防风药材、饮片的重金属及有害元素含量和有机氯类农药残留量均符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》等相关标准规定。结论：玉屏风处方药材、饮片农药残留和重金属及有害元素残留安全可控。 |

| Analyze on Pesticide Residue and Heavy Metal of Medicinal Materials Based on Prescription of Classical Representative Famous Prescription-Yupingfeng |

| Abstract:Objective：According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia，organochlorine pesticides，heavy metals and harmful elements residues of Astragali Radix，Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Saposhnikoviae Radix in the prescription Yupingfeng were detected and analyzed.Methods：Pesticides residues were determined by gas chromatography and arsenic，cadmium，lead，copper and mercury were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results：The result of determination conformed with the limitation requirement of organochlorine pesticides in Chinese pharmacopoeia and the green industry standards for the import and export of medicinal plants and preparations.Except for the varieties of individual origin，the residual amount of heavy metals harmful elements conformed to the regulations.Conclusion：The pesticide,heavy and metal harmful elements residues in the prescription Yupingfeng are safe and controllable. |
