中文摘要:目的：基于“扶正祛邪”理论研究生血宝合剂对新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的潜在辅助治疗作用。方法：从中药系统药理学分析平台（TCMSP）数据库中搜集生血宝合剂各药味含有的化学成分及其相应靶点，并通过与严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）等疾病靶点进行交集分析，筛选生血宝合剂潜在的抗病毒性肺炎作用靶点及其活性成分；通过UniProt数据库、GeneCards数据库查询以及Cytoscape软件分析，构建中药-活性成分-抗病毒性肺炎靶点网络，揭示生血宝合剂可能的抗病毒性肺炎作用途径；通过R语言软件进行基因本体（GO）富集分析和KEGG信号通路富集分析，揭示相关生物学信息；最后借助DS16软件的LibDock程序进行人ACE2蛋白、新型冠状病毒S蛋白的对接研究，筛选生血宝合剂中可能抑制新型冠状病毒感染过程的活性成分。结果：从何首乌等7味中药中共收集到143个化学成分和660个作用靶点，其中45个化学成分及其对应的39个作用靶点与SARS等疾病密切相关；黄酮、蒽醌和多酚（酚酸）类成分是生血宝合剂潜在的抗病毒性肺炎活性成分，主要作用于免疫和炎症调节、凝血功能调节以及病毒入侵等过程。网络分析和富集分析表明，女贞子、桑椹、墨旱莲等对于抗病毒性肺炎作用贡献较大，主要涉及炎症调节和病毒感染等相关通路。女贞果苷D等5个活性成分与人ACE2蛋白和新型冠状病毒S蛋白均具有较强的相互作用，可能直接起到抑制新型冠状病毒的作用。结论：生血宝合剂可能通过调节机体炎症和免疫功能、凝血功能以及病毒入侵过程从而可能对COVID-19发挥潜在的辅助治疗作用。
