中文摘要:目的:对接骨木3个品种(耐盐碱品种、天然红1号品种、青州15号品种)果实的挥发油成分进行研究。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取接骨木3个品种果实中的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析挥发油样品中的成分,对比找出不同品种接骨木药材的特有成分。结果:耐盐碱品种果实分离出32个化合物,鉴定出30个化合物,21个特有成分;天然红1号品种果实分离出62个化合物,鉴定出34个化合物,32个特有成分;青州15号品种果实分离出26个化合物,鉴定出24个化合物,16个特有成分。结论:通过分析可找出不同品种接骨木的挥发油特征成分,为接骨木的开发利用提供实验资料。

Comparison of Volatile Oil Componentsin Fruits of Three Varieties of Sambucus williamsii Hance Based on GC-MS
Abstract:Objective:To compare volatile oil constituents of the fruits of three kinds of S. williamsii Hance (Saline-tolerated variety,Natural Red No. 1 variety,Qingzhou No.15 variety).Methods:The volatile oil in the fruits of 3 species of S. williamsii Hance was extracted by steam distillation. The components in the volatile oil samples were analyzed by GC-MS,and the unique components of different varieties of S. williamsii Hance were compared.Results:32 compounds were isolated from Saline-tolerated variety,and 30 compounds were identified,and 21 unique ingredients. 62 compounds were isolated from Natural Red No. 1 variety and 34 compounds were identified,and 32 unique ingredients. 26 compounds were isolated from Qingzhou No. 15 variety and 24 compounds were identified,and 16 unique ingredients.Conclusion:Through analysis,we can find out the volatile oil characteristic components of different varieties of S. williamsii Hance,and provide experimental data for the development and utilization of S. williamsii Hance.
