中文摘要:目的:建立并采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同产地来源铁皮石斛中24种无机元素含量,为铁皮石斛质量控制及产地溯源研究提供依据。方法:采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,利用ICP-MS对不同产地铁皮石斛样品进行元素含量分析,并进行方法学考察;结合多元统计分析方法对不同产地铁皮石斛样品无机元素含量进行分析。结果:铁皮石斛中K、Ca、Mg、Na等元素含量较高。主成分分析(PCA)显示,不同产地铁皮石斛样品大体上可实现产地聚类,且Ni、La、Ba、Zn、Sr、Mn、Ca、Mg、Cs、Cu、Nd和Rb等元素可能为区分铁皮石斛产地的主要贡献因子。基于明氏距离的聚类分析同样表现出一定的聚类性特征。结论:所建立方法准确、可靠,适用于铁皮石斛中无机元素的含量分析。无机元素含量测定结合多元统计分析的方法对不同产地来源的铁皮石斛样品表现出一定的溯源潜力,特别是能够对浙江产铁皮石斛进行有效的判定,可为石斛产地溯源研究提供参考。

Determination of 24 Inorganic Elements in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis from Different Origins by ICP-MS
Abstract:Objective:To establish a microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for determining 24 inorganic elements in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis from different origins,and provide theoretical basis for the selection and breeding,quality control,and protection of geographical indication products. Methods:The samples were digested by the digestion method,the contents of 24 inorganic elements in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis were determined by ICP-MS,and combined with multivariate statistical analysis was investigated. Results:The contents of K,Ca,Mg and Na in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis were higher than other elements. Ni,La,Ba,Zn,Sr,Mn,Ca,Mg,Cs,Cu,Nd and Rb elements were the main contributing factors to the production area of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. Then the cluster analysis method based on Minkowski distance was used to clarify the classification boundaries of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis for the 12 main contributing factor elements,revealing the similarities and differences among the inorganic elements of different origins. Conclusion:Inorganic elements combined with multivariate statistical analysis could identify 77 Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis samples from 11 origins in 6 provinces. The established method is simple with highly accurate and stable,and the method can provide a theoretical basis for studying the relationship between varieties of dendrobium producing areas and mineral elements.
