中文摘要:目的:研究磺化杯6芳烃(SC6A)对4大类(生物碱类、蒽醌类、黄酮类和有机酸类)28个单体成分的增溶作用及其机制。方法:通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究SC6A对中药单体成分的增溶效果,采用荧光竞争滴定法测定键合常数并分析SC6A对4类中药单体成分的作用特点。结果:SC6A对不同种类的中药活性成分增溶作用具有明显差异,对生物碱类化合物表现出明显的增溶效果,对黄酮类、蒽醌类、有机酸类化合物无显著增溶作用,且SC6A对生物碱类化合物的增溶作用与键合常数呈正相关。结论:SC6A对生物碱类单体成分具有选择性增溶效果。

Study on Solubilizing Effect and Mechanism of p-Sulfonated Calix[6]arene on 4 Types Components of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Abstract:Objective:A systematic study of the solubilizing effect of p-sulfonated calix[6]arene (SC6A) on four types of compounds (alkaloids,anthraquinones,flavones,organic acids) and its solubilizing mechanism were carried out. Methods:The effects of SC6A on the four types of compounds were studied by HPLC,fluorescence competitive titration and other methods. Results:SC6A showed obvious solubilizing effect on alkaloids,but had no significant solubilizing effect on flavonoids,anthraquinones,and organic acid. The solubilizing effect of SC6A on alkaloids was positively correlated with the bonding constant. Conclusion:It shows that SC6A has a selective solubilizing effect on alkaloids.
