中文摘要:目的:建立一种玫瑰红景天活性成分络塞维的合成方法,并进行工艺优化。方法:以肉桂醇为原料,与2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-α-D-吡喃溴代葡萄糖进行糖苷化反应,脱保护得肉桂醇基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,并通过保护与脱保护策略将其改造成糖受体,与2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-β-L-溴代阿拉伯糖进行合成,最后脱保护得络塞维。结果:通过该方法合成了二糖苷类化合物络塞维,其结构经核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)表征。结论:合成方法反应条件温和、操作简单、成本低,获得的产物和关键中间体可用于相关化合物的深入研究。

Synthesis Research of Active Constituent Rosavin from Rhodiola Rosea
Abstract:Objective:To establish and optimize the synthetic method of an active ingredient named rosavin from Rhodiola rosea L. Methods:Using cinnamyl alcohol as raw material,glucosylation with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosyl bromide,and then cinnamyl-β-D-glucopyranoside was obtained by deprotection. What′s more,it was transformed into a sugar receptor by protection and deprotection strategy and reacted with 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-L-arabinopryanosyl bromide. Finally,it was deprotected to obtain rosavin. Results:The diglycoside compound rosavin was synthesized by this method,and its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Conclusion:This synthetic method has the advantages on mild reaction conditions,simple operation and low cost. The compounds and key intermediates can be used for as a basis for further study.
