| 中文摘要:神曲作为传统曲剂现仍广泛出现在中药处方中，有消食健脾等作用。通过查阅本草书籍和相关文献资料，对神曲名称、药性、功效、加工工艺及道地性进行考证。结果表明，本草记载的六神曲大致相同，从唐代至清代神曲组方由6种药发展至几十种甚至上百种；味甘，性温，入脾、胃经，功效以消食积为主；道地产区在福建泉州，也称建神曲，明清时期盛行。《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·中药成方制剂》评价神曲质量的方法不完善，各地神曲配方工艺不统一。通过对神曲现存问题进行较全面的整理，从多方面厘清神曲发展的历史脉络，总结神曲组方配比及增减变化，为后续规范神曲组方工艺、深入探讨其道地性及制定合理的质量评价标准提供参考。 |

| Textual Research on Massa Medicata Fermentata |

| Abstract:Massa Medicata Fermentata is a traditional fermented medicine that is still widely used in Chinese medicinal prescriptions and it is responsible for promoting digestion and invigorating spleen. This paper reviewed the name, medicinal property, efficacy, processing technology, and genuineness of Massa Medicata Fermentata based on Chinese materia medica books and relevant literature. The results showed that the records concerning Massa Medicata Fermentata were roughly the same. The prescription of Massa Medicata Fermentata developed from six components in the Tang Dynasty to dozens or even hundreds of components in the Qing dynasty. Massa Medicata Fermentata, sweet in flavor and warm in property, acted on the spleen and stomach meridians and mainly had the effect of digesting the accumulated food. The one produced in Quanzhou, Fujian Province was considered as the Dao-di herb, which prevailed during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The methods of evaluating the quality of Massa Medicata Fermentata described in the Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China was not perfect, and the formulae and technologies in various places were not uniform. This paper comprehensively sorted out the existing problems of Massa Medicata Fermentata, clarified its historical evolution from various aspects, and summarized the composition ratios of Massa Medicata Fermentata prescriptions and changes, so as to provide reference for the subsequent standardization of Massa Medicata Fermentata prescription, in-depth discussion of its genuineness, and reasonable evaluation of its quality. |
