中文摘要:中药材趁鲜加工具有提高生产效率、降低生产成本、减少有效成分损失和便于仓储运输等优势。《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版中规定可以进行趁鲜加工的品种数较少,而初步调查发现,产地实际趁鲜加工品种数远大于国家法规规定品种数,这给监管部门执法管理及中药产业健康发展都带来了严峻挑战。为了解中药材趁鲜加工的研究基础、掌握目前市场趁鲜加工现状、分析趁鲜加工的发展趋势并对趁鲜加工的发展和监管提供建议,对地方标准、文献、专利中涉及的趁鲜加工品种进行分析,以问卷调查的方式对这些品种在中药材市场中趁鲜加工实际状况进行调查。问卷调查结果表明,通过多种方法筛选出的常见的85种中药材在市场中均有趁鲜加工品。通过分析中药材趁鲜加工可行性、研究现状及生产现状,发现在保证药材质量的前提下,适度、逐步放宽趁鲜加工品种范围是大势所趋。

Status Quo and Trend of Fresh Processing of Chinese Medicinal Material
Abstract:Fresh processing of Chinese medicinal material can improve production efficiency, lower the cost, reduce the loss of effective components, and facilitate the storage and transportation. According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020), a few medicinal materials are allowed to be processed at the fresh state. However, a lot more are processed at the place of production in reality, posing a challenge to the supervision and management and the healthy development of Chinese medicine industry. This study aims to clarify the research progress in fresh processing of Chinese medicinal material, the status quo of the fresh processing in the market, and the trend of fresh processing and propose suggestions for the development and supervision of fresh processing. To be specific, we analyzed the types of medicinal materials under fresh processing in local standards, literature, and patents and investigated whether these medicinal materials were processed at fresh state in the market with a questionnaire. A total of 85 common medicinal materials were screened out and their fresh-processed products were all found in the market. After analyzing the feasibility of fresh processing of Chinese medicinal material, research progress in the processing, and production of fresh-processed products, we concluded that wider application of fresh processing to Chinese medicinal represented a general trend only if the quality was ensured.
