中文摘要:目的:建立阳春砂实生苗和分株苗的质量分级标准,为规范阳春砂种苗生产和流通,保障阳春砂规范化、规模化种植提供指导。方法:在全国砂仁主产区收集砂仁实生苗和分株苗,测定各种苗的株高、叶片数、分蘖数、球状茎粗、匍匐茎粗等指标,采用主成分和K类中心聚类法对数据进行分析并完成砂仁种苗分级。结果与结论:初步制定阳春砂种苗的3个等级,一级实生苗:苗高≥40 cm,分蘖数≥3;二级实生苗:15≤苗高<40 cm,1≤分蘖数<3;三级实生苗:5≤苗高<15 cm,分蘖数=0。一级分株苗: 60≤苗高<110 cm,5≤叶片数<10;二级分株苗:110≤苗高<180 cm,10≤叶片数<20;三级分株苗:苗高<60 cm,叶片数<5。

Study on quality criterion of Amomum villosum Lour Seedlings
Abstract:Objective:To explore the quality garding standards for Amomum villosum Lour seedlings and ramets, and provide theoretical support for Amomum villosum Lour standardization production. Methods:We collected seedlings and ramets of Amomum villosum Lour in China, The main quality indicators were analyzes, involved plant height, leaf number , tiller number , spheroid stem diameter and stolon stem diameter. Based on this analysis, the grading factors of Amomum villosum Lour seedling were found. K-mean clustering method was used to divide seedling into three grades. Results and conclusion: The standards of the 1st—grade seeding were as follows :PL above 40 cm, TN above 3. The standards of the 2nd—grade seeding were as follows :15 to 40 cm of PL, 1 to 3 of TN. The standards of the 3rd—grade seeding were as follows :5 to 15 cm of PL, TN equal to 0. The standards of the 1st—grade ramet were as follows :60 to 110 cm of PL, 5 to 10 of BN. The standards of the 2nd—grade ramet were as follows :110 to 180 cm of PL, 10 to 20 of BN. The standards of the 3rd—grade ramet were as follows :PL under 60 cm, BN under 5.
