不同产地百合药材化学成分与气候因子的相关性研究

中文摘要:目的:研究百合药材化学成分含量与产地气候因子的相关性,为卷丹和百合区划提供参考依据。方法:通过主成分分析、相关分析等方法研究百合各产地气候因子特征及百合化学成分与气候因子间的相关性。结果:百合和卷丹产地气候因子存在一定差异,百合受不同产地环境影响较大;卷丹、百合总多糖含量与最高气温、平均气温、平均最低气温、平均最高气温均呈现正相关,与年平均降水量、平均相对湿度呈负相关;卷丹浸出物含量与最高气温、平均气温、平均最低气温、平均最高气温呈现负相关,而百合浸出物呈正相关;卷丹、百合王百合苷与降水量及相关因子具有一定相关性。结论:温度、水分是百合药材品质形成的关键生态气候因子,高温气候环境有利于百合总多糖的积累,提高药材品质。

Correlation Analysis between Climate Factors and Main Components of Lilium with Different Areas
Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlations between main components and climate factors of two species of Lilium. and provide guidance for their growing areas division. Method: Principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation analysis (CA) was utilized to analyze the features of climate factors and find the correlations between main chemical components of two species of Lilium with their corresponding climatic factors. Results: There are some differences in climatic factors between two species, L. brownii F.E. Brown var. viridulum Baker was more impressionable to the climatic factors of growing areas. Polysaccharide contents in both species have positive correlations with maximum temperature, average temperature, average minimum temperature, and average maximum temperature; have negative correlations with annual average precipitation and average relative humidity. The water extraction contents in L. lancifolium Thunb. samples have negative correlations with maximum temperature, average temperature, average minimum temperature, and average maximum temperature, while the water extraction in L. brownii F.E. Brown var. viridulum Baker have positive correlations with these factors. Phenolic glycerin glycosides contents in both species have correlations with amount of precipitation and its relevant factors. Conclusion: Temperature factors and rainfall factors are important to the quality of Lilium., And high temperature climate is beneficial to the accumulation of polysaccharide in Lilium. and improve its quality.
