中文摘要:茯苓Poria为我国第一批药食同源中药,具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化等作用。药用方面茯苓自古有“十方九苓”之盛誉,食用方面茯苓民间食用历史逾千年。现已形成了包含中成药、普通食品、保健食品、化妆品、中兽药等在内的综合运用体系,在中医药大健康产业中具有较高的经济、社会价值。系统梳理了茯苓在以上各领域的应用现状,并参考相关文献加以分析与归纳,以期为茯苓产业的良性发展与传承创新提供科学依据。

Modern Application and Analysis of Poria
Abstract:Poria is the first batch of medicinal and edible Chinese medicine in China, with the effects of clearing dampness and promoting diuresis, invigorating the spleen and calming the heart, anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, and anti-oxidation. Since ancient times, Poria has been used as medicine with the reputation of "nine out of ten prescriptions contain Poria". It has also been utilized as a food source for more than a thousand years. In the Chinese medicine and health industry, it has developed a comprehensive application system that includes Chinese patent medicine, regular food, health food, cosmetics, and Chinese veterinary medicine. To establish a scientific foundation for the beneficial development and heritage innovation of the Poria industry, this article evaluated the existing usage of Poria in the aforementioned domains, and analyzed and summarized them according to relevant literature, with a view to providing scientific basis for the benign development, inheritance and innovation of the Poria industry.
