中文摘要:目的:建立中药材黄曲霉毒素B1胶体金快检方法。方法:对酸枣仁、莲子、薏苡仁、槟榔、决明子和远志6种中药材的前处理方法进行研究,使胶体金法检测能够检测6种中药材中黄曲霉毒素B1;同时建立高效液相色谱法为标准方法,对快检方法的准确性进行验证。结果:胶体金快检方法检测6种中药材黄曲霉毒素B1灵敏度为5 μg·kg-1,重复性和特异性良好;两种方法检测6种中药材样品共计111批次,结果表明快检方法的判断准确性与液相方法相比达到98.2%。结论:快检方法对样品的结果判断与液相色谱法高度一致,胶体金快检方法简单、快速、准确,可用于酸枣仁等6种中药材中黄曲霉毒素B1筛查。 |

Study on Rapid Detection Method for Aflatoxin B1 in Six Kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine |

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the rapid detection of aflatoxinB1 in traditional Chinese medicines(TCM),the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay(GICA) was applied.Methods:The pretreatment methods of six kinds of TCM,including Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Nelumbinis Semen,Coicis Semen,Arecae Semen,Cassiae Semen and Polygalae Radix,were improved.And a standard HPLC method was established to confirm the accuracy of GICA.Results:The developed methods were proved to possess high specificity and reproducibility,and the sensitivity was 5 μg·kg-1 111 batches samples of six kinds of TCM were used in the detection of aflatoxin B1 by GICA and HPLC methods.The total accuracy rate of GICA was 98.2%.Conclusion:The results indicated that GICA and HPLC methods showed highly conformance in the detection of aflatoxin B1.Therefore,GICA could be employed to screen aflatoxin B1 in the six kinds of TCM rapidly. |
