中文摘要:目的:建立人面果叶总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法:比较NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH和AlCl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH 两种显色方法测定人面果叶中总黄酮含量的差异。结果: 用AlCl3-CH3COONa/ CH3COOH显色的方法,供试品和对照品Fukugetin在415 nm处显示有较强和稳定的吸收。结论:采用 AlCl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH比色法测定人面果叶总黄酮的含量,并建立了该方法测定人面果叶总黄酮含量的最优条件。

Determination of Total Flavonoids from Leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids from the leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus.Methods:NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH and AlCl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH colorimetry methods were compared to determine the total flavonoids from the leaves of G.xanthochymus.Results:Both the test sample and Fukugetin showed strong and stable absorptions at 415 nm by AlCl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH colorimetry.Conclusion:It is reasonable to determine the total flavonoids by using AlCl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH colorimetry,the optimum condition of this method was selected.
