中文摘要:目的:考察药材粒径、溶液pH对荷叶中荷叶碱溶出度的影响;方法:采用HPLC法考察药材粒径、溶液pH对荷叶碱溶出规律,并采用Weibull模型、相似因子法对其数据进行处理并评价其溶出曲线;结果:荷叶碱的溶出量随时间延长而增加,溶出量为中粉>细粉>最细粉>粗粉。在不同缓冲溶液中溶出量为pH 1.2>pH 4.5>水>pH 6.8。结论:以荷叶碱为模型,考察粒径和溶液pH对其溶出度的影响,从动力学角度描述药材提取过程,以期为中药开发和应用提供方法和思路。 |

Study on Dissolution of Nuciferine in Lotus Leaf |

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of particle size and pH on the dissolution of nuciferine.Methods:The effects of pH and the particle size of medicinal material on the dissolution of nuciferine were studied by HPLC.The Weibull model and similar factor method were used to process the data and evaluate the dissolution curve.Results:The amount of dissolution of nuciferine increased with time,the descending order was powder,fine powder,coarse,most fine.With the decrease of pH,the amount of dissolution increased.Conclusion:Research on dissolution from the perspective of biopharmaceutical may provide reference for grinding degree and extraction process. |
