中文摘要:目的：对乌梢蛇的名称变化、基原、产地、性味归经、功效主治、炮制加工、真伪鉴别等内容进行本草考证。方法：考证历代古籍本草，并结合现代的文献报道。结果：基本厘清了乌梢蛇的名称、基原、产地、性味归经、功效主治、炮制加等的源流变迁。结论：考证出乌梢蛇名称、基原、功效主治、炮制加工和毒性，古今记载一致；而归经方面，本草记载为归肺、脾、肾经，而2015版《药典》记载为归肝经，与本草记载不符，有待进一步科学研究。

Bencaological Study of Zaocys dhumnade

Abstract:Zaocys dhumnade，one of the common animal medicine，has been used in China for thousands of years.In this paper，we performed bencaological study on Z dhumnade including the name，primary origin，property and flavor，channel distributions，efficacy，concocted processing，poisonousness and identification.Based on the ancient bencao works and modern literature，we demonstrated that the records of Z dhumnade including the name，primary origin，properties，efficacy，concocted processing and poisonousness in the 2015 Chinese Pharmacopoeia were in line with the ancient bencao works.However，the record of liver channel distribution was not in accordance with that in the ancient bencao works，and more work need to be carried out for the further study on the channel distributions of Z dhumnade.
