中文摘要:目的:探讨健胃散对胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及对胃肠道蠕动的推进作用。方法:将小鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,制作急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型,测量胃黏膜出血点或出血带的长度和宽度。胃肠道蠕动推进作用以碳末推进率表示。结果:健胃散能有效减少无水乙醇导致的胃黏膜出血,并能提高胃肠蠕动的肠推进率。结论:健胃散可剂量依赖地推进胃肠道蠕动,并对胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用。

Protective Effect of Jianwei Powder on Gastric Mucosa Injury and its Promoter Effect on Gastrointestinal Peristalsis
Abstract:Objective:To explore the protective effect of Jianwei powder on gastric mucosal injury and its propulsive effect on gastrointestinal peristalsis.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group,acute alcoholic gastric injury model,gastric mucosal bleeding or hemorrhage.With the length and width of gastrointestinal motility promoting advance rate in carbon.Results:Jianwei Powder could effectively reduce gastric mucosal bleeding caused by anhydrous alcohol and increase the intestinal propulsive rate of gastrointestinal peristalsis.Conclusion:Jianwei Powder can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis in a dose-dependent manner and has protective effect on gastric mucosal injury.
