中文摘要:目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法同时测定消栓口服液中6种防腐剂的方法；方法：采用自制色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，规格为5 μm，4.6×250 mm，以A为乙腈，B为0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相，进行梯度洗脱，检测波长为240 nm。结果：31批次消栓口服液均未检出与除苯甲酸以外5种对照品保留时间及紫外光谱图均相一致的非法添加物；结论：本方法阴性无干扰，专属性、耐用性及检出灵敏度均好，可用于消栓口服液中非法添加防腐剂物质的检查。

Content Determination of Six Preservatives in 31 Batches Xiao Shuan Oral Liquid by HPLC

Abstract:Objective：To establish an HPLC determination method of six preservatives in Xiao Shuan oral liquid.Methods：using self-made chromatographic column，octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as filler（Chromatographic column 5 μm，4.6×250 mm），mobile phase in gradient elution A of acetonitrile and B of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution with detection wavelength of 240 nm.Results：In 31batches samples，there were no illegal additives detected except benzoic acid.Conclusion：There is no negative interference in the established method，It is specific，durable and sensitive，can be used to inspect the illegal preservative in Xiao Shuan oral liquid.
