| 中文摘要:目的：建立青钱柳叶的质量控制方法。方法：运用显微鉴别法、薄层色谱法、超高效液相色谱法分别对青钱柳叶的显微特征、指标性成分（槲皮素、山柰酚、绿原酸、异槲皮苷和槲皮苷）进行定性鉴别和定量测定。结果：各批次样品显微特征及薄层色谱特征明显，青钱柳叶中绿原酸、异槲皮苷、槲皮苷质量分数分别为0.05%～1.79%、0.30%～1.00%、0.11%～0.74%。结论：建立的质量控制方法简便、准确、重复性好，可为该药材的质量标准建立提供参考。 |

| Study on Quality Control of Cyclocaryae Folium |

| Abstract:Objective：To establish a method for quality control of Cyclocaryae Folium.Methods：With the methods of microscopical identification，thin-layer chromatography （TLC） and ultra performance liquid chromatography （UPLC） to identify or determine its microscopic chatacteristics and index ingredients （quercetin，kaempferol，chlorogenic acid，isoquercitrin and quercitrin）. Results：The characteristics of microscopic identification and TLC of Cyclocaryae Folium were obviously；the content of chlorogenic acid，isoquercitrin，quercitrin were in the range of 0.05%-1.79%，0.30%-1.00%，0.11%-0.74%，respectively. Conclusion：This method is simple，accurate and reproducible，which can provide theoretical basis for setting the quality standard of Cyclocaryae Folium. |
