| 中文摘要:2021年，中药进出口克服全球贸易形势多变的影响，植物提取物、中药材及饮片、中成药、保健品进出口均有较大程度的增长。传统市场为中药外贸的强劲走势贡献力量，新兴市场充满活力。国际化分工日益深化的当下，中药外贸对转口贸易的依赖度不断减弱。2022年，虽然国际形势更为严峻，但俄乌冲突对中药外贸的影响有限，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》及“一带一路”倡议释放的红利逐渐显现，中医药国际交流与合作发展迎来新的挑战。在遵循海外规则的同时，中国在中药海外发展中所扮演的角色也需要由积极参与者向引导者转换，努力打造“本土化”的中医药全球产业链，推动中医药国际交流与合作站上新台阶。 |

| Import and Export Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2021 and Future Prospects |

| Abstract:In 2021, the import and export of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) overcame the impact of the changing global trade situation. The imports and exports of plant extracts, Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces, Chinese patent medicines, and health products all increased dramatically. Traditional markets have contributed substantially to the foreign trade of TCM while emerging markets are full of vitality. As the international division of labor is deepening, the dependence of foreign trade of TCM on entrepot trade is constantly weakening. Although the international situation will be more severe in 2022, the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict will have a limited impact on the foreign trade of TCM. The dividends released by the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the Belt and Road Initiative are gradually emerging. International communication and cooperation in TCM are facing new challenges. While following the overseas regulations, China is actively transforming its role in the overseas development of TCM from an active participant to a promotor. China needs to work hard to create a "localized" global industrial chain of TCM, and ultimately promote the international communication and cooperation of TCM to a new level. |
