中文摘要:目的 探讨电子束辐照对西藏荨麻Urtica tibetica W. T. Wang主要活性成分和灭菌效果的影响。方法 采用0、2、4、6、8、10 kGy剂量对西藏荨麻粉末进行电子束辐照处理,比较辐照前后样品的性状,总黄酮、绿原酸、异牡荆苷、紫云英苷的含量,指纹图谱,以及微生物水平。结果 不同剂量电子束辐照后,西藏荨麻粉末性状,总黄酮、绿原酸、异牡荆苷、紫云英苷含量均未见明显变化,指纹图谱相似度达0.996及以上;细菌菌落数、霉菌酵母菌菌落总数显著降低(P<0.01),当辐照剂量达到6 kGy时,微生物水平符合《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版规定。结论 不同剂量的电子束辐照对西藏荨麻药材主要活性成分的影响无统计学意义,且在6 kGy时达到良好的灭菌效果,为西藏荨麻药材及其制剂的辐照灭菌技术提供参考。

Impact of Electron Beam Irradiation on the Main Active Ingredients of Urtica tibetica and Its Sterilization Effect
Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of electron beam irradiation on the main active ingredients of Urtica tibetica W. T. Wang and its sterilization effect.Methods The U. tibetica powder was treated with electron beam irradiation at doses of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 kGy. The characteristics, total flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, isovitexin, and astragaloside, fingerprints, and microbial levels of the samples before and after irradiation were compared.Results After different doses of electron beam irradiation, there were no significant changes in the characteristics, total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid, isovitexin, and astragaloside of U. Tibetica powder. The similarity of the fingerprint reached 0.996 or above, and the number of bacterial colonies and the total number of fungal and yeast colonies decreased (P<0.01). When the irradiation dose reached 6 kGy, the microbial levels met the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition).Conclusion The electron beam irradiation at different doses had no significant impact on the main active ingredients of U. tibetica, and excellent sterilization effect was observed at 6 kGy. This paper provided a reference for the irradiation sterilization technology of U. tibetica and its preparations.
