中文摘要:本文通过查阅本草书籍及近现代文献资料，笔者从名称、基原、产地、品质评价、采收加工、炮制方法和主治功效等方面对苦豆根进行文献整理。本草学中苦豆根系豆科槐属植物苦豆子（Sophora alopecuroides Linn.）的干燥根，临床主要用于急性菌痢、肠炎等；主产于我国北方地区，以内蒙古、新疆为主。苦豆根适宜生长在光照充足、排水良好的石灰性土中；夏、秋季节采挖，以秋季采收、质松者为佳；采收后洗净切成薄片，晒干备用。本研究为促进苦豆根的临床应用和资源开发提供参考。

Herbal Textual Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine “Kudougen”

Abstract:By referring to materia medica books and modern literature materials, the author researched the name, origin, producing area, quality evaluation, harvesting and processing, processing methods and treating effects of “Kudougen” systemically. The original plant used as medicine “Kudougen”was Sophora alopecuroides Linn, it mainly used for acute bacillary dysentery, enteritis, etc. “Kudougen” was mainly produced in northern China, which was mainly in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. It grew on the calcic soil with full sunshine and good rainage; the root of the plant could be harvested in summer or in autumn, with autumn harvesting and loose quality as the best. This study provided the basis for promoting the further development and utilization of “Kudougen”.
