中文摘要:目的 采用层次分析(AHP)-熵权法(EWM)建立多指标综合评价复方的方法,优化温肺平喘汤的提取工艺。方法 以芍药苷、甘草苷、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、甘草酸含量和干浸膏得率为评价指标,采用AHP-EWM确定权重系数,通过L9(34)正交设计考察加水倍量、提取时间、提取次数对温肺平喘汤提取工艺的影响。结果 最佳提取工艺为8倍量水提取3次,每次1 h。结论 优选的提取工艺重复性好、稳定性好、提取率高,适用于温肺平喘汤的标准化生产。

Optimization of Extraction Process of Wenfei Pingchuan Decoction Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method
Abstract:Objective The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) was used to establish a multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to optimize the extraction process of Wenfei Pingchuan Decoction.Methods The content of paeoniflorin, liquiritin, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B, glycyrrhizic acid and the yield of dry extract were used as evaluation indexes. The weight coefficient was determined by AHP and EWM. L9(34) orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of water addition, extraction time and number of extractions on the extraction process of Wenfei Pingchuan Decoction.Results The optimal extraction process was to extract 3 times with 8 times amount of waterfor 1 h each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction condition has good repeatability, stability and high extraction rate, which is suitable for the standardized production of Wenfei Pingchuan Decoction.
