中文摘要:芍药是兼具药用和观赏价值的毛莨科植物。中医临床上常利用芍药及其复方治疗冠心病、神经痛、高血压等各类疾病。根据炮制方法的差异芍药又有赤芍和白芍之分,尽管白芍、赤芍的功效和临床应用有所区别,但它们都属于毛茛科芍药属类中药,两者植物来源相近。目前芍药药效物质基础研究大都聚焦于芍药苷、芍药内酯苷等单萜及苷类衍生物,但对芍药多糖的研究相对较少。本文以芍药+多糖(Paeonia lactiflora Pall+polysacchrides)为关键词组合,在中国知网、Web of Science和Pubmed等数据库检索近30年的相关文献,对芍药多糖提取分离、结构表征等研究进展进行总结,并介绍了芍药多糖在抗氧化、抗抑郁、免疫调节等领域的研究进展,以期为深入研究芍药多糖的构效关系及芍药药用资源深度发掘提供参考。

Research Progress of Paeonia lactiflora Polysaccharide
Abstract:Paeonia lactiflora Pall is a Ranunculaceae plant that has both medicinal and ornamental value. The clinical application of Paeonia lactiflora Pall and its derivatives involves the treatment of coronary heart disease, neuralgia, hypertension, and other related ailments. Based on the differences in processing methods, Paeonia lactiflora Pall was divided into Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Paeoniae Radix Alba. Although the functions and clinical applications of Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Paeoniae Radix Alba are slightly different, they both belong to the Ranunculaceae, Paeonia, and have similar botanical origins. Currently, the research on the active components of Paeonia lactiflora Pall mainly focuses on small terpene molecules such as paeoniflorin and paeonolide and their glycoside derivatives, while the research on the macromolecular Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharides is relatively scarce. This article uses the keyword combination of “Paeonia lactiflora Pall + polysaccharides” to search relevant literature in databases such as CNKI, Web of Science, and PubMed over the past 30 years. The paper summarizes the research progress on the extraction and isolation of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharides and their structural characterization. Additionally, the paper introduces the research progress of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharides in areas such as antioxidant, antidepressant, and immune regulatory effects, with the aim of providing a reference for further studying the structure-activity relationship of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharides and the in-depth exploration of Paeonia lactiflora Pall medicinal resources.
