| 中文摘要:目的：建立 HPLC 同时测定生地黄汤颗粒中11种指标成分含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，Accurasil-C18 色谱柱，流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱，流速1.0 mL·min-1；柱温30 ℃；检测波长 210 nm。 结果：在该条件下生地黄汤颗粒中11个指标成分均得到良好分离，在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好，加样回收率在96.17%~98.73%。结论：建立的含量测定方法稳定、灵敏度高、重复性好，可用于生地黄汤颗粒的质量评价。 |

| Simultaneous Determination of Eleven Index Components in Granuleof Shengdi Huang Tang |

| Abstract:Objective：To establish a new method for simultaneous determination of catalpol，gallic acid，aucubin，rehmaionoside D，rehmannioside A，verbascoside，aloe emodin，rhein，emodin，chrysophanol and rheochrysidin in Shengdi Huang Tang Granule.Method：HPLC was used on Accurasil-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase in gradient elution，at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1．The column temperature was 30 ℃ and detection wavelength was set at 210 nm．Result：Under this condition，the 11 index components were separated well and had good linear relationships in a certain concentration range．The average recoveries were in the range of 96.17%-98.73%．Conclusion：The method was steady with high precision and good sensitivity．It could be used for the quality control in Shengdi Huang Tang Granule. |
